Case Study
Upper 90 College client Christian Junna is a student athlete who has achieved remarkable success in both the NJCAA Division 1 and NCAA Division 1. He began his collegiate career at Illinois Central Community College (ICCC) where he was a member of the men's soccer team. During his time there, he earned First Team All-American honors and 3x President List recipient with a consistent 4.0 GPA and helped lead the Cougars to their first ever NJCAA National Tournament appearance.
After two successful years at ICCC, Christian transferred to Western Illinois University (WIU). In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Christian graduated with a degree in Business Administration from WIU in 2021.
Christian's success on the field was matched by his commitment off it. He was an active member of several student organizations on campus and was recognized for his leadership skills by being named captain of the men's soccer team during his senior year. His hard work paid off when he was selected as one of only 15 players nationwide for the prestigious Senior CLASS Award, which recognizes excellence in community, classroom, character and competition.
Christian Junna is an inspiring example of what can be achieved through dedication and hard work both on and off the field. His story serves as motivation for aspiring athletes everywhere who are looking to make their dreams come true through sportsmanship and determination.
